Delete your account

You can permanently delete your WrenchBid account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open WrenchBid (Android app or wrenchbid.app/app) and sign in.
2. Go to the Setup tab and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't sign in, email support@wrenchbid.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login, email address and business profile
• All quotes, shared quote links, templates, job notes and customer details
• Your business logo and job note photos
• Push notification subscriptions, referral records and your Stripe account link

What we keep

Basic payment transaction records (amount, status, date and quote reference, with no personal details) are kept for as long as tax and anti-fraud law requires. Stripe keeps its own records under the Stripe Privacy Policy.
